This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how Ask Kazmo (the "App"), operated by Digital Macaroni, handles credit purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Credits and Credit Packs
Ask Kazmo uses credits for continued questions and conversations inside the App. Credit packs are available in the App and may also be available through the website with promotional web bonuses. Current pricing is shown at the time of purchase.
2. One-Time Purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases unless a checkout screen clearly states otherwise. They do not automatically renew.
3. App Store and Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google through your store account and are subject to their billing and refund policies.
- Apple App Store purchases: request refunds through Apple under Apple's policies.
- Google Play purchases: request refunds through Google Play under Google's policies.
4. Refunds (General)
Except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this policy, credit purchases are non-refundable. Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we are unable to issue refunds for those purchases directly.
5. EU, EEA, and UK Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason, and to receive a refund. To exercise this right for website purchases, contact us at hello@askkazmo.com within the 14-day period. For App Store or Google Play purchases, request the refund through Apple or Google.
6. Certain U.S. State Cancellation Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights to cancel or reverse certain purchases within a short period after purchase. If you believe you are entitled to such a right, contact us at hello@askkazmo.com and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
